General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x • Permanently banned notice

Hi, When trying to access the forum today I received the following message:

You have been permanently banned from this board.

Please contact the Board Administrator for more information.

Reason given for ban: Found in the Stop Forum Spam database

A ban has been issued on your IP address.


However when I check with StopForumSpam website I see the following:

Your public IP address 2a02:c7c700068e4:9c85:ae6b is not in our database

I ignored it and was able to access the forum

Anything I should know?
